No returns or exchanges
Every shirt is made for you when you order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, the wrong size or a change of plans. Please check the size guide before you order.
Faulty items
If your order arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email hello@sourbitch.com.au with your order number and a photo. We’ll assess it and provide the remedy the Australian Consumer Law requires.
Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
