Terms of sale.
These terms apply to orders placed on sourbitch.com.au. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before charging a different amount.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We can cancel an order and refund you in full if an item becomes unavailable.
Delivery
We deliver within Australia. Delivery times are estimates. See Shipping.
Returns and refunds
We don’t accept returns or exchanges. See Returns. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Artwork
All artwork, logos and images on this site belong to Sour Bitch and can’t be copied or used without our permission. Colours on screen may look slightly different in person.
